De Zeeuwse Mossel (DZM) started as a mussel farmer in the 1980's of the last century. Since than, DZM has grown into a versatile company that, in addition to mussels, fishes, farms and trades razor clams, oysters and other shellfish.

With our own ships, farm sites and modern factory (FSSC-22000 certified), we control the entire supply chain, from raw material to sales.

For us, as fishermen, this means thorough quality control in the chain from catch or farming to delivery. We keep everything in our own hands in order to guarantee the freshness and best quality of our products.
