We can supply the following shellfish from our own fishery

Cockles (Cerastoderma edule): hand-raked in the Wadden Sea. Subsequently desanded and packed in our factory. Available in net bags or in MAP cardboard trays.

Otter shells (Lutraria lutraria): fished in the North Sea. Subsequently desanded and packed in our factory. Available in net bags or in MAP cardboard trays.

Carpet shells (Tapes pullastra): fished in the North Sea. Subsequently desanded and packed in our factory. Available in net bags or in MAP cardboard trays.

In the factory
At DZM the desanding process takes place and the shellfish are sorted and packed. Besides live fresh product, DZM can also freeze or cook the products. In this way, all markets are served well.
