Quality awareness is very important for a food producer and certainly in the case of shellfish. That is why the water quality of the fishing areas is under permanent control of Government Authorities. Furthermore, we work with external laboratories, to frequently analyze the quality of our products and process water. Most important is that all levels of the company are aware of quality coming first. Quality controls start aboard the fishing boats and critical control points (CCP's) are monitored continuously  throughout the production process. 





Because we not only have a past and a present, but also a future, sustainability is of major importance to us. We are MSC-certified, please ask for our MSC-certified products. Our Musselculture is BIO-certified. Last but not least, we consciously use energy in the factory and we generate cold and heat with our in-house geothermal energy system.
